Zion to fradonia Az 49. Woke up and hit the road. So its official I definitely over did it hiking. I can barely walk im so sore. Also the cuts on my hands make it hard to hold the handle bars. As a result of the soreness I took my first Advil of the trip. My last tour I was living on the stuff. I suffered through the ride and made it to Arizona. Az doesn't do daylight savings so they are an hr behind. When coming back from Costa Rica Mary and found this out. We thought we had missed our flight but they haven't even stated boarding. I got a motel for the night cuz it was only 35 bucks. I'm tired and am going to bed.
