69 panguitch to cedar city. Today stated with the hill that would never end. Some local guy told me the hill was 18 mi but it ended up being 30. So pretty much every thing after 18 I was expecting it to end around every bend. Talk about a mental struggle. When I was climbing some ignoramus in an oncoming car threw something at me. I'm not sure what it was but it made me see red. I was just minding my own business riding up this beast of a hill and this stupid Fucking moron tries to hit me with something. I wish I could have done something but the car was out of site so quickly. Once I finally got to the top of the hill I was rewarded with 10 mi of 13%. This decent was scary big. Usually try not to use brakes on down hills but I was laying on them on this beast. I had to take a different route as the result of a road being closed because of a land slide. This added 10 mi to my day 5 of which were on a dirt road. No flats if you can believe that. That up hill took it out of me in tired and going to bed. I'm in my tent at a koa, bastards charged me $30 to pitch a tent.
